The promoting committee for the nomination of the Art of Italian Footwear Craftsmanship to the UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage list has been officially unveiled in Rome. A historic project, promoted by the Ministry of Enterprises and led by Assocalzaturifici, to celebrate and safeguard the know-how that makes Italian shoes a global icon of style and quality.
